Our Client is an industrial company looking for an experienced and qualified Head of Finance. The ideal candidate is a highly qualified, strategic, and hands-on Finance Manager who will oversee the financial operations of the company's manufacturing facility. This role is a key part of the leadership team and supports the organization's growth.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Italian tax, accounting, and reporting legislation.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and control.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
• Be hands-on in addressing issues and challenges with the team, not limited to providing strategic oversight.
• Collaborate with other departments to support procurement activities and optimize cost management.
• Play a crucial role in the management team, contributing to overall leadership and strategic direction of the organization.

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of Italian tax, accounting, and reporting regulations.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. The candidate must possess the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable information.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
