About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a Guest Services Attendant / Luggage Porter to join our iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milano, Italy!

What you will do
  • Reporting into the Guest Services Manager, you will be responsible for guest transport, greeting guests and assisting guests with their luggage during arrival and departure.
  • Managing errands including deliveries and collections from guest rooms during their stay.
  • Managing the transport of hotel packages and parcels.
  • Ensuring a high level of cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage room.
  • Assisting guests at the Front of House Desk.
  • Responding to a wide variety of guest requests, adding your personal recommendations and touches to ensure our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence.

Schedule & Hours

This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan and we will offer a fixed term contract and the work schedule requires coverage 24/7 based on 8 hour shifts.

You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
