Job Description

1. Leads the Kanadevia Inova and contractor teams to implement and comply with project HSEQ requirements
2. Ensures that risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are reviewed with regards to HSE requirements, and that work is carried out in accordance with the RAMS
3. Works with customer and project manager in producing work schedules and plans, implements service delivery, follows up deviations and claims
4. Supervises on-site activities/labor crew and ensures works within area of responsibility are executed in accordance with the contract, and conform with project time and budget requirements; prepares overhaul report
5. Provide guidance and Co-operation of consortium partners sub-contractors
6. Prepare reports/documentation for change order requests (technical, time and costs).

Qualifications

• Mechanical /Electrical discipline Technical Diploma with major HSE certifications (confined spaces, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as supervisor in delivering mechanical services to a large industrial plant
• Experience in maintenance and overhauling of grates, feeding systems, ram feeders, bottom ash extractors
• Leadership and communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Shall be available to work in shifts, including night shift when required, and also to work abroad.
