Position Description

Neway Power industry team is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Sales Manager to lead our Power industry valves sales initiatives in the European region. This role is crucial in driving business expansion, securing new customers, and achieving sales targets in the power industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with a solid understanding of the power valves market and applications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer & Channel partner Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners in the power industry to enhance brand presence and drive sales.
  • Develop a network of channel partners to expand market reach and support strategic sales initiatives.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Promote and sell power valve products by delivering tailored value propositions to existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the benefits of the company's solutions.
  • Marketing & Business development support: Assess market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and track sales performance to align strategies with industry trends.
  • Stay updated on competitive activities, including pricing strategies, product innovations, and market developments, to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to enhance product visibility and market awareness.
  • Collaborate on campaigns, promotional activities, and strategies to drive lead generation and market penetration.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed sales reports and forecasts.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales within the power industry valves.
  • Familiar with end-users, EPC contractors, skid-builder and distribution channels in the power industry market.
  • Strong understanding of power industry, power plant and electricity generation, etc., including product specifications and applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and sales data.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
