A leading global software company for transportation logistics is seeking a Specialist Global RevOps & Process Excellence. The role involves managing software license orders, optimizing processes, and communicating with customers. Candidates should have a degree in Business Administration and experience in accounting or sales support, along with proficiency in MS Office and excellent English skills. Competenze

• Degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification is essential.
• Further training as a certified accountant or business administrator is an advantage.
• Several years of experience in accounting, sales support, or order processing is required.
• Familiarity with tools such as Dynamics, SAP ByD, and Chargebee is ideal.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook, is a must.
• Excellent English skills are required; Dutch is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage software license orders and generate licenses.
• Handle software delivery, maintenance, and invoicing in the ERP system.
• Optimize existing processes and help shape delivery workflows.
• Communicate closely with customers and prepare various reports.
• Participate in internal projects and take on responsibilities.
