Competenze

• Minimum 20 years of progressive leadership experience in HSE.
• At least 10 years in a complex, multinational industrial environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Oversee implementation of HSE risk management activities.
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external HSE standards.
• Lead the implementation of the 3 Lines of Defense model.
• Monitor HSE performance using key indicators.
• Oversee investigations of critical incidents.
