This Position reports to :
Global Channel Manager
In this role you will lead the Electrification Global Channel Programs for Distribution Solutions in line with the agreed strategy. In addition to these responsibilities you will define and implement customer journeys and tools to enhance channel partner engagement and develop targeted marketing strategies in collaboration with key internal stakeholders to drive sustained business growth.
You will also showcase your expertise by leading the Technical & Branding Programs at the Electrification level taking ownership of related processes ensuring alignment across divisions and driving marketing initiatives that support and accelerate growth through effective channel strategies and continuously monitoring performance.
This role is contributing to the Distribution Solutions division - Channel Partners Management globally . Main stakeholders ar e sales channels business lines marketing and communication.
