Hotel General Manager (Milano) – Ali Professional
Ali Professional, RituAli is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee full hotel operations and actively contribute to the company’s strategic development.
The role includes Board Member responsibilities, participation in new hotel projects, and the complete setup of the operational structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Full oversight of day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Management of staff and responsibility for building the entire team from scratch (the property is currently without a full operational staff, except for a gardener).
- Oversight of apartment rentals and high-level guest services.
- Active participation in the company’s Board activities, including strategy definition and decision-making.
- Representing the company at a strategic level and ensuring alignment between operations and long-term goals.
- Monitoring financial performance and implementing measures to optimize profitability.
- Involvement in the development, finishing, and implementation of new boutique hospitality projects.
- Support to the ongoing expansion of the company’s portfolio (e.g., an already operating boutique hotel and a second property currently under construction).
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, ideally in luxury boutique properties.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and guide a team from the ground up.
- Strategic mindset with strong decision‑making capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
- Solid focus on guest service excellence and brand reputation.
