What We Will Do Together?

You will spearhead our market expansion in China. As General Manager, you are pivotal in driving adoption of our platform MyChips among Chinese game developers and enhancing relationships with brands, media agencies, across the region.

You will be responsible for designing and hiring a rockstar local team, setting KPIs, and ensuring that strategic objectives align with company goals.

What will you do?

• Have full responsibility for MAF performance in the Chinese market, working closely with the CEO and C-level to define the roadmap for the next years.
• Establish sales objectives and strategy within the managed territory.
• Effectively lead and motivate a dedicated sales and operations team.
• Represent MAF at key industry conferences and events, seizing opportunities to speak and present.
• Cultivate long-term partnerships with strategic clients and gather competitive intelligence to identify industry trends.
• Synthesize client feedback to aid in product development and roadmap planning.

What will you need?

• Fluency in English and Chinese.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in app or games economy, established network among mobile app developers.
