Panoram Hotel Management is a hotel management company operating in Spain and Italy, with more than 20 properties and ongoing projects under international brands such as Hilton, IHG, and Accor. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the conversion of an existing hotel into a newly branded international property in Taormina (Italy). This role requires a seasoned hospitality professional with strong luxury, F&B, MICE, and leisure experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience and full compliance with Hilton brand standards and company policies.
• Oversee a property with strong F&B presence, meeting & event spaces, and a vacation/leisure-focused profile.
• Drive commercial strategy, budget control, revenue performance, and operational efficiency.
• Foster a culture of development, engagement, and performance across all teams.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and manage the hotel’s transition to an international brand.
• Guarantee compliance with legal, operational, and audit requirements.
• Act as the key liaison with ownership, corporate teams, and Hilton representatives during the hotel conversion and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience as General Manager (preferably more).
• Proven experience in 5-star hotels.
• Strong background in Food & Beverage–focused properties.
• Experience managing meeting rooms/MICE facilities.
• Previous roles in leisure or vacation-oriented hotels.
• Strong leadership skills with a hands‑on approach.
• Excellent financial, analytical, and strategic capabilities.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or similar is valued.
