The Franchise Developer Supervisor is a key driver of network growth, responsible for expanding the MBE footprint in Italy. This role oversees the full sales lifecycle of MBE’s entrepreneurial opportunities—from lead generation and commercial negotiations to site selection and business planning. Beyond new openings, you will manage business transfers, acting as a strategic consultant for prospective entrepreneurs and a bridge between all stakeholders to ensure a seamless entry into the MBE network.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Sales Management: Drive full sales lifecycle, from lead generation and initial contact to commercial negotiation and final contract signing, covering both new franchise openings and transfers of existing MBE Centres.
  • Lead Generation & Events: Organize, manage, and participate in events, workshops, and trade fairs to promote MBE business opportunities and attract high-quality prospects.
  • Business Planning: Collaborate with prospects to build comprehensive business plans, ensuring the feasibility and sustainability of the new entrepreneurial project.
  • Real Estate & Compliance: Support potential franchisees in identifying the best site locations and navigating administrative procedures, while ensuring full legal compliance of all contracts.
  • Pre-opening Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments (Design & Construction, IT, Learning & Development, Finance & Control) to ensure all pre-opening activities are completed.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, ideally within franchising, business development, or retail expansion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Post-graduate courses in sales, marketing, or business development are considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong financial acumen.
  • Excellent mastery of Italian and English.
  • Strong business fundamentals and a proven ability to build solid relationships with both internal and external partners.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with an ambitious and proactive mindset.
  • Full willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
