Your Mission

We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Director EMEA to join our team based in Cuneo. You will take ownership of the financial planning and analysis process of the EMEA region, ensure robust financial reporting, and contribute to the sustainable growth of the business through insightful performance monitoring, risk management, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) of the EMEA region: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to support strategic decision-making and optimize business performance.
  • Financial Reporting EMEA: Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in accordance with Group accounting standards and Italian GAAP.
  • Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key financial metrics, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Identify financial risks and ensure robust internal controls, regulatory compliance, and governance standards.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Oversee liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and working capital optimization for the EMEA region.
  • Investment Analysis & Capital Allocation: Evaluate business cases, investment opportunities, and capital expenditures to align with strategic objectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present financial results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executives, board members, and external stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement & Digital Transformation: Drive automation, streamline financial processes, and champion the adoption of digital tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 10 years of experience
  • Knowledge of financial metrics and accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in financial analysis software tools
  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • Strong communication skills and ability to be a team builder
  • Passion for chocolate and gelato is a plus
