A leading biotechnological firm in Rome is seeking a skilled professional to conduct training and validation for automated liquid handling workstations. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in Genetics or Molecular Biology and possess excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Experience in customer support within a technical field is preferred. This position requires frequent travel within the region and occasional international trips.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Genetics, Molecular Biology or related subject.
• Willingness to travel mainly within the appointed region.
• Prior field experience supporting customers in a highly technical field preferred.
• Outstanding problem-solving and interpersonal skills needed.
