As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be the hands‑on expert ensuring advanced PV and battery storage solutions perform at their best. If you love solving technical challenges, working with cutting‑edge electrical systems, and building strong customer relationships, this is your opportunity to shine.

What You’ll Do :

• Own customer issues and deliver exceptional service.
• Perform on‑site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Support project teams during commissioning and site acceptance.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
• Provide analytical service reports and suggest improvements.
• Participate in claim management and maintain service tools.
• Travel across Italy (50–60% of the time).

What You’ll Need :

• Electrical Technician or Engineer background
• Proficiency in Italian & English (B2 or higher).
• Experience with Solar PV or battery storage (BESS) is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills under pressure.
