Responsibilities

The Associate Field Service Engineer is responsible for developing the knowledge and skills to conduct maintenance, installations and repairs of SCIEX mass specs and related HPLCs. This position works under close supervision and mentoring of the direct manager, regional specialists and senior engineers within the territory, preferably located in Northern Italy, western part of Lombardia or eastern part of Piemonte. Assigned territory will be mainly Lombardia and Piemonte. The associate Field Service Engineer needs to learn and develop technical skills to perform high quality maintenance, installations and repair.

Qualifications
  • 3-year Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Chemistry, Engineering or related field (including Istituto Tecnologico Superiore - ITS Academy) and/or equivalent experience on the field
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to build strong relationships internally and externally with the customer
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits and/or trainings (Driving license B is essential)
  • English & Italian language proficiency
