Engineering excellence, delivered in real time - start as a Field Engineer

As a Field Engineer you will create opportunities through specifications and influencing key decision makers to deliver product/service sales within Hilti product portfolio and Engineering Services. This position is an important part of the business, shaping the construction industry all the way from concept & design through to installation & maintenance.

What You’ll do

You will work with customers, sales teams, contractors, and designers to drive the specification and sales of Hilti products, including anchors, installation systems, direct fastening, and fire protection solutions.

• You will educate key influencers on construction projects about the proper use, advantages, and value of Hilti products to secure their inclusion in designs.
• You will communicate product specifications from design teams to sales teams, supporting account managers in converting specifications into sales.
• You will visit job sites to assess design challenges and opportunities, providing technical advice, solutions, and support to add value with Hilti products.
