Join Datalogic as a FA Italy Territory Account Manager reporting directly to the Italian Sales Manager. The role focuses on selling Sensors & Safety product groups in the Lombardia East area (BG, BS, MN, CR, LO) to partners and direct customers, with the goal of successfully closing projects and winning new ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full responsibility for selling Sensors & Safety products in the defined Italian sales area of Lombardia East (BG, BS, MN, CR, LO).
  • Successful management of the existing customer base and acquisition of new customers.
  • Building long‑term relationships with current partners and promoting Sensors & Safety products to new ones.
  • Achieve the sales targets for the defined sales territory.
  • Manage Contracts & Benefit Packages.
  • Manage the account plan, perform visits, manage Price Exceptions, manage Sales Forecast, sales monitoring and KPIs.
  • Identify the needs of Special Product Requests (SPRs) engaging the Datasensing Technical Community and prioritizing Customer Technical Support activities.
  • Participation in the development of sales strategies.
  • Preparation and realization of presentations at the customer's premises.
  • Travel for 60% of the time.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma, or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a technical or related field.
  • Languages: Italian – fluent both verbal and written; English – preferable but not mandatory.
  • Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in the field.
Other Information & Specific Skills
  • Able in sales for sensors and safety, preferable if coming from competitors.
  • Negotiation and communication skills.
  • Some technical skills in sensors market.
  • Sales working experience of major sensor brands, including but not limited to P&F, Leuze, IFM, Balluff, Wenglor, SICK, Keyence, etc.
  • Experience in sales in distributors for sensors.
  • Experience in automation components market.
