As an F&B Manager, you are passionate about coordinating the F&B Department of the Hotel, making sure the team provides the highest level of service to create an extraordinary experience for our guests.

Your responsibilities include :

  • Mastering the organization of all the activities related to the management and coordination of the F&B department, working along with the F&B direction
  • Improving the quality of the services offered and diversifying them in accordance with the company’s strategic goals
  • Ensuring compliance to the HACCP regulation
  • Managing the team ensuring that everyone is well-trained and motivated
  • Managing F&B operations according to the budget
  • Production of reports supporting the activities of the F&B direction
  • Show the ability to be hands-on by supporting the team during daily operations
  • Ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and quality.
  • A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse
  • A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • High performance when at the PC
  • Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
