A leading health company based in Milan is seeking an Export Manager to enhance its international sales network. The successful candidate will manage key international accounts and establish long-term partnerships. Ideal applicants will have 3-5 years of B2B export sales experience in the food supplements industry and must be fluent in English. This role offers a hybrid working model with occasional travel.

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Export Manager to develop and grow our international sales network.
As part of the Sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our global presence, managing key international accounts and establishing long‑term partnerships with distributors, retailers and other B2 B customers.
This role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent relationship building skills and the ability to operate in fast moving, multicultural environments.
The role aims to increase volumes in countries not directly managed by local subsidiaries, ensuring profitable growth and full compliance with internal commercial policies.
