Senior Export Manager – Leading Dermocosmetic Group

Join a prestigious, internationally recognized leader in the dermocosmetic industry and play a key role in driving its global expansion.

Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing dermocosmetic group, is seeking an experienced Senior Export Manager to lead international market development and strengthen its worldwide distribution network.

Your Role

Reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager and the Management Board, you will have full ownership of international business performance under the distribution model.

Strategic Market Development
  • Drive expansion into new international markets through sustainable, long‑term distribution partnerships
  • Identify, select, and develop high‑quality distributors aligned with the brand’s premium positioning
  • Structure innovative commercial and contractual frameworks to support long‑term growth
Business Ownership & Financial Management
  • Full P&L responsibility for assigned international markets
  • Define and manage export pricing, forecasts, budgets, margins, and commercial terms
  • Lead negotiations and finalize Term Sheets and distribution agreements
Relationship Management & Growth
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with international distributors
  • Monitor market performance and implement corrective actions where needed
  • Act as a key interface with Key Opinion Leaders and scientific stakeholders in the medical community
What We’re Looking For
Essential Experience
  • Proven international experience within dermocosmetics, pharmaceuticals, biomedical, or medical‑scientific sectors
  • Solid background in distribution‑based business models
  • Availability for regular international travel across Europe, South & Central America, and the Middle East
Key Competencies
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
  • Strong strategic mindset with high decision‑making autonomy
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship‑building skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and hands‑on P&L management experience
