Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
  • Conduct regular customer visits.
  • Provide reports of trade market visits.
  • Support business growth through acquisition, prospection, and development of new Clients, Agents, and/or Distributors within assigned regions.
  • Participate in fairs and events to engage and prospect clients and stakeholders.
Sales and Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential international clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Make plans to achieve/exceed export sales targets.
Market Research and Strategy Development
  • Conduct market research to identify potential markets and customers.
  • Develop and implement export strategies to increase market share in existing and new markets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with international clients.
  • Contribute to the development of new products and solutions.
Financial Management
  • Prepare and manage export budgets and forecasts.
  • Negotiate payment terms and manage collection of payments from international clients.
  • Assess and manage risks associated with currency fluctuations, credit, and market volatility.
  • Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients.
  • Monitor and implement pricing strategies; negotiate price adjustments.
  • Prepare statistics and reports for management.
Leadership and Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Production, Supply, Customer Service, Finance, and other departments to align export activities with business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to the customer service team.
Education / Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in international sales of decorative films for industrial applications.
  • Proven track record of achieving export sales targets and expanding market share.
  • Strong understanding of international trade markets, logistics, and customs procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
