Executive Search & Strategic Recruitment – Empowering candidates to step into leadership roles while assisting companies in attracting and retaining

We are proactively connecting with Rewards professionals for future opportunities in 2026 across the DACH region and Italy.

Over the past months, we have spoken with many VP and Director-level professionals in the Rewards space. As these conversations evolve, we would like to connect with Total Rewards and Compensation and Benefits Managers and Partners who may be considering their next step.

This isn’t about a specific role. It’s an open invitation to connect, have a conversation, and stay on our radar for exciting future opportunities across both markets. We’d love to get to know you and explore how your experience could align with what’s coming in early 2026.

What we are looking for

• Solid experience in Compensation and Benefits or Total Rewards
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications are a plus
• Brings experience in compensation and benefits analysis or HR. Familiarity with compensation structures, employee benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
• Exposure to international or matrix organisations
• Knowledge of either the DACH or Italian markets
• Fluency in English; additional languages depending on the market are a strong plus
