As a Broadband Marketing Expert, you'll be part of Plenitude Societa Benefit. Specifically, your Tribe Multiutility Proposition & Digital Sales team will define the marketing strategy, proposition, and go-to-market for the Fiber service.

Main activities
  • Development of the Fiber strategy and offering through the definition of commercial propositions in terms of pricing and promotions, value proposition and differentiation levers
  • Definition of the go-to-market strategy and end-to-end management of commercial launches
  • Definition of the value proposition in support materials, such as: sales discs and sales support materials, trade marketing, communication for BTL, ATL and digital channel activities, training courses, commercial conventions
  • Contribute to the definition of the Fibra product evolution roadmap, identifying improvements, service extensions and customer experience enrichment initiatives
  • Market analysis and benchmarking of direct and indirect competitor offerings; market research and concept/proposition testing
  • Analysis of the economic sustainability of initiatives and preparation of business plans to support new projects
  • Omnichannel performance monitoring, commercial KPI analysis (activations, ARPU, churn, channel mix), coverage monitoring and definition of corrective actions
  • Cross-functional coordination with Sales, Digital, Customer Operations, Brand & Communications, IT, and external partners.
Required characteristics
  • Master's degree in Marketing or Economics; other qualifications and fields of study may be considered based on significant experience in the role
  • At least 3 years of work experience in marketing and go-to-market in the Telco, Energy or Utility sector
  • Experience working within organizations that adopt agile and design thinking approaches would be an advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of the Telco/Broadband market, developed in consulting or corporate contexts, with advanced skills in structuring commercial offers, ARPU optimization/churn reduction, price elasticity analysis and competitive benchmarking
  • Ability to develop strategies for customer base activation and penetration, as well as a strong familiarity with marketing activities driven by territorial coverage
  • Ability to manage complex projects, accompanying a product from conception to its launch into production and ability to analyze and understand the main KPIs for managing products and initiatives
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Availability for mobility
