A leading corporate services provider seeks an Executive Office Manager to oversee a team of five administrative professionals while directly supporting the EVP & General Manager. This hybrid role involves managing complex schedules, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring effective team leadership. Candidates should have extensive experience in administrative management, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent English communication skills are essential, along with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across global teams.

Competenze

  • Proven experience in administrative management and executive support for senior leaders.
  • Experience in strategic coordination or Chief of Staff responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Italian language skills would be highly appreciated).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate across global teams.
