In this role you drive growth for The Hoxton Rome by proactively selling private and public event spaces to corporate and social clients. You will build and maintain key relationships, lead compelling proposals, and convert opportunities into sites and events. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing and packages for a mix of social and corporate events.   • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate sales leads with key clients
  • Market and sell private and public event spaces to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Develop collateral and packages to maximize event revenues for social and corporate events
  • Entertain clients and conduct site inspections at the hotel as needed
  • Benchmark pricing to ensure competitiveness in the market
  • Expand presence in the local and Italian market, targeting corporate clients and events agencies
  • Collaborate with Proactive Sales and Reactive Groups & Events teams to convert leads into accounts and create proposals for large events
  • Visiting client offices in Rome and possibly other parts of Italy to present the hotel to large groups
  • Track sales performance and report on metrics to identify growth opportunities
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales role in Rome or Italy
  • Experience in working with the Italian market
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
  • Dynamic, excellent relationship‑building skills
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to thrive in a fast‑growth environment
