A leading global technology company is seeking a Global Grading and Compensation Lead to define and implement compensation strategies. Located in Europe, the candidate will be responsible for grading methodology and the Annual Salary Review process. Requirements include 7+ years of experience, deep compensation knowledge, and strong analytical skills. Excellent candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or HR and be fluent in English. This role offers the opportunity for professional growth and development in a collaborative environment.

Competenze

  • 7 years+ overall professional experience in a global matrix environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in salary review/management and grading positions.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday compensation modules and processes.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors.
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.

Mansioni

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of a scalable job grading methodology.
  • Oversee the Annual Salary Review cycle in Workday.
  • Develop and maintain salary structures by job family, level, and location.
  • Analyze compensation data and provide insights on program effectiveness.
  • Manage compensation benchmarking submissions and interpret market trends.
  • Lead and mentor a team of compensation professionals.
  • Advise senior leadership, HR, and Finance on compensation strategy.
