Responsibilities include analyzing client requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring project success. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and strong English communication skills, with a preference for those having over 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects
• Communicate with clients and design ESS solutions based on client needs, prepare bidding documents
• Identify technical risks and resolve system issues during project implementation
• Prepare and negotiate technical agreements
• Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and information
• Collect and analyze technical requirements of the local market, transforming them into competitive product demands

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical and automation, or other science and engineering majors
• Familiar with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems
• Experience in microgrid energy storage system development, familiar with grid-forming PCS (Power Conversion System) technology
• Familiar with the development processes and requirements of energy storage projects in overseas regions
• Priority given to those with 3 years or more of experience in energy project (energy storage, photovoltaic, power generation, etc.)
• Ability to read various English technical specifications and papers, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
• Excellent user needs analysis capabilities and customer relationship management skills
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, presentation skills, execution ability, and logical thinking skills
