Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, collaborate with support functions to generate demand, and convert leads.
  • Customer & Partner Management: Build relationships with clients, conduct business reviews, resolve concerns with support teams.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide sales forecasts, track regional metrics, utilize CRM for sales activities.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with Solutions, Marketing, and local teams; provide field feedback; lead and motivate sales teams; set performance expectations.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
  • Strong decision-making skills for complex and urgent situations.
  • Some work experience and understanding of the new energy market.
  • Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel overseas; overseas work experience preferred.
