Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand existing customer relationships, analyze market trends, and collaborate with support functions to generate demand and convert leads.
  • Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Conduct business reviews, resolve customer concerns, and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide sales forecasts, track regional performance metrics, and manage sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with Solutions, Marketing, and hardware teams to align sales efforts, provide field feedback, lead and mentor sales teams, set performance expectations, and foster a high-performance culture.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
  • Strong decision-making skills, capable of handling complex and urgent situations effectively.
  • Some work experience and basic understanding of the new energy market.
  • Proficiency in English, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Clear team objectives, reasonable task allocation, team collaboration skills, willingness to travel abroad, and overseas work experience are preferred.
