An international contractor in Italy seeks a Junior HSE Specialist to enhance their Health, Safety, and Environment Management System. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, assisting in audits and training sessions, and supporting HSE initiatives on project sites. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in HSE roles and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Fluent English and strong communication skills are essential. This role is based in Parma with travel requirements.

Competenze

• HSE Engineer with at least 5 years of experience managing EPC projects.
• Auditor qualification and/or certifications related to HSE Management Systems are preferred.
• Experience in dynamic environments typical of large-scale energy projects.

Mansioni

• Support the development and improvement of the HSE Management System.
• Ensure compliance with applicable HSE standards and regulations.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining HSE documentation, including guidelines and reports.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and certification processes.
• Promote and reinforce a strong safety culture across all project sites.
• Help identify potential hazards and contribute to risk assessments.
