A progressive educational institution in Italy is seeking a full-time Enrollment Operations Associate to provide critical support to the Enrollment Team. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and experience in a school setting. Responsibilities include maintaining student record integrity, supporting admissions processes, and assisting in events. The expected salary range is $65,000 – $75,000, with a comprehensive benefits package.
Lowell School, a progressive school serving approximately 300 students in NW Washington, DC, seeks a full-time, dynamic, innovative, and experienced Enrollment Operations Associate. This position provides critical clerical support to the Enrollment Team and is responsible for the integrity of all student‑record data in the admissions office.
The ideal candidate has experience in a school setting, possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrates effective interpersonal skills. The Enrollment Associate must be highly organized and have a high attention to detail. The Enrollment Associate must also demonstrate an ability to problem‑solve independently and must possess a strong sense of initiative and self‑direction.
The Enrollment Operations Associate reports to the Director of Enrollment Management as an integral member of the Enrollment Team.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
Must be able to traverse school facilities and lead students to safety in the event of an emergency.
Long periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
