A well-known stationery brand is seeking an EMEA HR Legal & Admin Coordinator to join their HR department in Milan. The role involves providing legal advice on labor law, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have a Law degree and at least 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in retail or law firms. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Italian labor legislation is required.
We are looking for an EMEA HR Legal & Admin Coordinator who will join our HR department in Milan office as direct report of the HR Director. The candidate will be responsible for managing legal aspects related to human resources, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the company in the correct application of labor laws, for EMEA Region. S / he will collaborate with the HR team to provide legal advice on employment law, contractual matters, and disciplinary issues. The candidate will also support administrative activities.
