The ideal candidate will have a Hotel Director background from a luxury hotel, along with strong leadership skills and a commitment to exceptional guest service. Fluency in additional languages is a plus. This role is essential for maintaining high performance and compliance in guest services.

Competenze

• Background in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• 2-3 years of hotelier experience.
• Ability to speak additional languages is advantageous.

• Lead the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and tutor other divisions on key drivers.
• Manage a team focused on extraordinary customer service and optimize guest comments.
• Ensure compliance with customs and immigration policies relevant to guest services.
