Electromechanical Technician (Travelling Support Technician / Trasfertista) – Makr Shakr

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electromechanical Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide on‑site installation, maintenance, and technical support for our Robotic Bartender systems across the globe. The position requires frequent international travel, adaptability, and a strong hands‑on attitude.

Responsibilities

• Installation: Assemble, set up, and install robotic bar systems, including machinery, equipment, and components.
• Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective interventions to ensure optimal system performance.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose technical issues across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, applying effective and timely solutions.
• Testing & Calibration: Conduct system tests and calibrations to guarantee accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with specifications.
• Repair & Replacement: Service, repair, or replace faulty parts and components to restore functionality.
• Technical Support: Provide on‑site and remote assistance to customers and internal teams on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed service reports, records of interventions, and technical updates.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in similar electromechanical, field service, or industrial maintenance roles.
• Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, flexibility, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of PLC systems and experience in commissioning industrial machinery are advantageous.
