Your Tasks

Electrical Maintenance Technician wanted! You are knowledgeable about electrical systems and ideally also familiar with solar power systems? You will be part of a team of technicians responsible for managing a portfolio of large‑scale photovoltaic plants. You will be responsible for carrying out both preventive and corrective maintenance activities to optimize the performance of the managed plants.

• Ensure proper execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities within the defined deadlines, in close cooperation with the O&M reference team
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and electro‑mechanical tasks during revamping/repowering projects
• Ensure the proper execution of electrical maintenance
• Troubleshooting skills for electrical faults and replacement of plant components
• Responsibility in securing main plant components to carry out routine maintenance activities as per manufacturers’ manuals (e.g., torque checks, replacement of consumables, etc.)
• Report and propose potential improvements to plant maintenance processes related to the activities performed

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as an electrician or electronics technician, service technician, industrial electrician (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Significant experience in a senior electrician technician (PES according to CEI 11-27 standard)
• Must‑Have: be familiar with sector‑specific software for managing inverters, measuring instruments, MV protections
• Knowledge of industry regulations and technical standards (e.g., CEI standards, Legislative Decree 81/08) and skills in securing main plant components
• Your IT skills: Good in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CMMS
• Proficient in Italian language
• Good English skills, other languages are a plus
• Your Skills: communicative Teamplayer (m/f/d)) with a problem‑solving attitude and good time management skills
• Willingness to travel
• Driving license
