Job description

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Editor & Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Music Team to develop content that promotes albums, artists, and playlists across major streaming platforms and social media channels. As well you will collaborate on the creation of company Decks & Case Studies that will be used by the Music team for commercial purposes. This position is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in the music and entertainment industry, working with top artists and industry leaders while contributing to Ampligo's mission of innovating music promotion.

Key Responsibilities & Role Objectives

As an Editor & Content Creator your key responsibilities will be:

• Create and edit short-form videos optimized for platforms like TikTok, Instagram & YouTube..
• Monitor TikTok / IG trends (challenges, audio snippets) and adapt content quickly.
• Collaborate with Music & Operations teams to align video releases with campaign schedules.
• Track basic performance metrics (views, completion rate, engagement) to refine future videos.
• Collaborate on the creation of company Decks & Case Studies.
• A / B test multiple contents per each campaign in order to optimize conversion KPI's.

Skills and Experience required

As an Editor & Content Creator, you will need:

• Fluent in English (non-fluent English speakers won't be taken into consideration for this position)
• Excellent Knowledge of using graphic tools such as Canva, CapCut & Adobe Creative Suite
• Problem-solving and tenacious attitude under pressure
• Good-knowledge on META Business Manager, YouTube Studio, TikTok Ads is a plus.
• Strong pro-active approach
• Ability to categorize tracks among all music genres
• General knowledge of the music industry is a plus.
