The ideal candidate should have a deep knowledge of domain products and excellent communication skills, with proactivity and teamwork ability integral to the role. Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in domain name management is preferable.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams across Europe.
• Experience managing supplier relationships.

Mansioni

• Process domain names operations with various Authorities and suppliers.
• Monitor deposits and payments as necessary.
• Support compliance or audit inquiries.

Overview

We are looking for a passionate Domain Administrator to be integrated into our Team located in Bergamo.

Responsibilities

• Process domain names operations on Authorities/suppliers manually managed (registrations, transfer registrars, ownership changes, dns changes)
• Monitor and request to Administration team to add funds on deposits and do payments where applicable
• Manage Authorities/suppliers relationship when necessary, both through email and on the phone
• Provide support in managing compliance or audit inquiries
• Collect and provide information to the interested parties about domain names supplier agreements, policies, costs, rules, processes, changes notified by Authorities/suppliers
• Work with teams from various departments and countries across Europe to provide them support on manual operations management

Background and Skills

• Deep Knowledge of Domain name product and its lifecycle, in terms of processes, costs, market and operations
• Excellent communication and sharing knowledge skills.
• Analysis and Problem Solving skills
• Proactivity, teamwork ability and goal orientation.
• Internal and external client oriented
• English is a must
• Previous experience in the role is considered a plus
