In this role, you will lead and grow a high-performing sales organization across multiple countries in the MED region, including Israel, Turkey, the Balkans, and Malta. You will be responsible for shaping regional go-to-market strategies, driving new business acquisition, and expanding existing customer relationships. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience while achieving ambitious revenue and ARR targets. The role combines strategic leadership, hands-on engagement with key accounts, and the development of disciplined, data-driven sales processes. You will influence regional market presence while mentoring and inspiring your team to deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
