About The Role

You will join the EMEA Urology division, working closely with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Service, Clinical, and IT. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation and operational alignment across the region. This 12‑month contract role focuses on evaluating an existing U.S.-based software solution and adapting it for the European market. You will lead the investigation and alignment phase, bridging business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users. The position involves requirements gathering, technical analysis, rollout preparation, and first‑line operational support post‑launch.

Location(s)

Hybrid, based in one of our European hubs, with Milan or Madrid as primary/preferable options.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to map U.S. processes and adapt them to EMEA needs.
  • Document business requirements and identify gaps (regulatory, process, language, workflow).
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and collaborate with technical teams.
  • Support feasibility and design discussions ensuring solutions meet business expectations.
  • Assist in creating test scripts, validation criteria, and participate in UAT for localised content.
  • Track defects, manage retesting, and communicate findings clearly.
  • Prepare training materials, FAQs, and rollout readiness checklists.
  • Serve as first‑line operational support for EMEA users post‑launch, troubleshooting and escalating issues.
  • Monitor adoption, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as the key link between EMEA stakeholders, U.S. teams, and technical partners, ensuring consistent communication.
What Are We Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Life Sciences.
  • Fluency in English and one major European language (Italian, Spanish, French, or German).
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to lead projects with clear deliverables and milestones.
  • Experience in technical discussions and presenting ideas to internal audiences.
  • Knowledge or interest in digital transformation, process mapping, and app implementation projects.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Miro, Asana).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in UAT, system testing, or CRM/digital tools.
  • Previous exposure to healthcare or medical device environments.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements across EMEA markets.
  • Advanced technical skills or certifications in business analysis or project management.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and manage cross‑functional collaboration.
