DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for defining and executing the brand’s overall Digital Marketing Strategy, ensuring measurable results aligned with business objectives and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Digital Marketing Strategy across all channels, ensuring consistency with brand positioning and business goals.
  • Oversee and optimize all digital marketing activities, including Paid Media (Search, Affiliation, Retargeting, Display, Social), SEO, CRM and CRO.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to grow e-commerce performance, traffic and conversion rate.
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor performance and ensure all campaigns deliver against target and expectations.
  • Manage Digital Marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with, analytics, planning, marketing, social, merchandising, UX and creative teams to deliver integrated and coherent campaigns.
  • Coordinate external agencies, ensuring high quality output, alignment with strategy and continuous performance optimization.
  • Provide clear, periodic reporting on performance, opportunities and strategic recommendations to support decision making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry, emerging technologies, audience behavior and new tools to drive innovations and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years experience in digital marketing within e-commerce, fashion luxury company or digital media agency.
  • Strong experience in digital channels measurement and ability to connect digital KPIs with overall marketing and business objectives
  • Proficiency in analytics and media platforms, leveraging data to evaluate performance and drive ongoing optimization.
  • Proven ability to translate insight into actionable recommendations and present them effectively to senior leadership.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workloads and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and related analytical and reporting tools.
