A luxury brand development firm is looking for a Digital leader to oversee digital marketing and PR activities in Europe. The ideal candidate will define strategies to raise brand awareness and achieve ROI targets through innovative campaigns and influencer relations. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in luxury marketing and a strong interest in contemporary art and design, working closely with management to deploy business strategies.

ANEST COLLECTIVE is searching for a key Digital leader to take in charge of all the Digital Marketing and PR activities in Europe.

An exciting opportunity to be a central part of the development of a new luxury brand, and be part of a small and cohesive team of professionals with a strong track‑record in the Luxury industry

Job description & accountabilities
  • Define the medium and long term Digital & Communication strategy that will help the brand raise awareness in Europe and support the development of the brand in China.
  • Achieve shared ROI targets with the management and through personal contribution and internal and external resources such as influencer relations, PR agency, art directors, content creators, and media press.
  • Key Digital Marketing leader in developing brand campaigns, executing integrated Digital marketing and communications strategies, with strong focus on digital and social media
  • Develop bespoke projects with media owners and KOL’S that will always be reflect the brand values and deliver stand‑out in a crowded market
  • Lead a data‑driven digital marketing strategy, including the end‑state vision of how we use consumer data and insight to drive segmentation, targeting, messaging, and CRM.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
  • Proven 7+ years experience in the field of communication or marketing in the luxury sector
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with excellent interpersonal skills who can support the founders and the top management in the deployement of the business strategy
  • A candidate with a deep interest and sensitively for contemporary art and design and for poetic image making and the development of creative communication events.
