Your Role

We are looking for a Digital Customer Platform Application Specialist who will be a key part of the idea generation process working in a dynamic team that takes full ownership of their part of Technogyms Salesforce and Salesforce Community platform.

You will work side-by-side with Developers Functional Analysts and Project Managers. You will be given the freedom and resources to innovate and research making meaningful and measurable improvements and impacting millions of wellness users worldwide. You will make your ideas our ideas making the difference in how our systems are developed.

Your Impact

Coordinate with geographically-distributed internal and external teams to create break down and deliver efficient solid and scalable results

Implement the golden rule : Analyze. Design. Build. Optimize. Test. Deliver

Evaluate our systems planning implementing and testing your ideas over and over

Architect and design high-quality Web Components to be integrated into the Salesforce Platform

Architect and design high-quality APIs to solve business needs such as payment gateways and fintech integrations with the Salesforce CRM platform

Evaluate integrate and test components of third-party software

Identify address and resolve performance and scalability issues

Improve usability of solutions for end users

About You

You are flexible curious enthusiastic and able to work well both alone and in a team doing your best in a hectic and challenging environment. You are curious and open-minded. Boasting a can‑do attitude you like to be pro‑active and suggest ways to improve our systems before reacting to tasks. You are results and customer driven.

What you should bring

Knowledge of the Salesforce Platform (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Community Cloud Marketing Cloud Lightning components and Einstein Analytics) as well enterprise applications built on the Salesforce platform such as Apttus CPQ or ServiceMax as admin and / or developer. Solid experience in Open API would be a great plus!

Masters Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or an equivalent number of years of work experience / Bachelors Degree plus work experience)

Commanding grasp of JavaScript CSS HTML Apex Java and SQL or related innovative web technologies like React Native

Expertise in assessing reporting and communicating your deliverables

Excellent time management skills and ability to accomplish tasks independently

Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines to solve critical issues

Fluent in English and Italian to operate at the core of our worldwide digital innovation

Role related Understanding of Cyber risk information security & Cyber security topics
