Competenze

• 4 Years experience in an IT Support Role.
• 1 Year experience as a team leader.
• Hardware knowledge of IT equipment.
• Experience using ticketing tools to manage support.

Mansioni

• Manage Depot team in Italy.
• Schedule yearly reviews with team and record on HR systems.
• Manage response to computer related requests and incidents.
• Ensure team members respect planning schedules and code of conduct.
