Cytology Sales Specialist – Southern Italy

Role: Cytology Sales Specialist. Location: Southern Italy, primarily the Campania region.

Responsibilities
  • Execute professional sales processes with end‑user customers from first contact to post‑sale.
  • Support existing and potential customer base to facilitate sales growth.
  • Respond to customer requests and resolve issues related to product interest, orders, payments, technical support, troubleshooting, instrument installations and repairs.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance via phone, email, virtual calls and Customer Care Visits.
  • Support the Regional Business Manager to achieve the Sales Plan and maintain the Expense Budget.
  • Gather market data and information, especially competitive insights and impacts.
  • Participate in trade shows and customer gatherings, completing appropriate paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in budget preparation and sales monitoring, contributing to the overall annual revenues.

  • Sales experience with a focus on Molecular or Cytology products.
  • Experience with Histology products is preferred.
  • Understanding of tender and purchase models of public hospitals.
