Customer Solution Engineer

As a Customer Solution Engineer, you will provide our international customers with services related to our solutions NetEye. You will play a key role in ensuring customer success and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot our solutions in heterogeneous customer environments, with opportunities to learn about cutting-edge technologies.
• Identify product improvements and discuss them with our agile product and development teams.
• Identify new opportunities to extend the adoption of our NetEye solution.
• Collaborate with R&D, Consulting, and other teams to share knowledge continuously.

Requirements:

• Passion for open source technologies like Linux, Elasticsearch, Icinga, InfluxData.
• Experience with usage and basic administration of Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Comfortable with command-line interactions on each platform.
• Proficiency in at least two of these languages: English, Italian, German.
