Overview

This role is based in Milan

Join TUI Musement as a TXC Customer Service Support Advisor and help to support memorable experiences for our final and 3rd party guests. You will be the bridge between our customers and internal departments, serve them in different languages and through multiple channels, whilst giving support to first level Support Advisors.

About the Job
  • Process manual ticket purchase, administrative tasks and back office activities;
  • To follow and respect SLAs and KPIs;
  • Provide excellent on-hand support to the first level support advisors;
  • Take ownership / resolve mass issues and complaint handling;
  • Technical issues reporting;
  • Serve customers through multichannel assistance, tools and projects;
  • The work is organized in shifts and includes weekends and bank holidays.
About You
  • You speak fluent English plus a second additional language; Italian, French, German or Spanish
  • Have good communication skills with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback;
  • To use your proactiveness to identify issues and ownership to solve them with a solution-oriented approach;
  • A willingness to work on individual weakness and strengths to overcome / reinforce them and a strong learning mindset;
  • Supportive within the team;
  • Can assess the impact of their actions on the team and on the business;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where change is part of the daily work;
  • Structured and detail-oriented.
