Job Overview

We are recruiting, on behalf of a leading company in financial services related to the purchase of vehicles, a resource who will be responsible for customer care services in support of the sales network of a leading automotive manufacturer, our client. The team member we are recruiting will be responsible for managing customers in order to :

Process service requests, ensure problem resolution, and contribute to the improvement of the customer satisfaction index. Handle inquiries from the sales network regarding credit analysis and evaluation and processing of financing files. Duties and Responsibilities :

Responsibilities

Provide front line support for customers, managing requests and providing helpful information about existing loan agreements, to ensure customer satisfaction. Collect and analyze customer needs with a view to continuous improvement of the offered service. Manage relations with all internal structures for the resolution of complex problems. Manage all the sales network’s requests on document clarification and integration.

Requirements

At least six months' experience in selling insurance policies. High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Economics. Strong relational and organizational skills for effective customer relationships. Teamwork. Accuracy and compliance. Initiative and independence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills. High level of computer literacy, especially MS Office. Knowledge of Excel. Language skills: Italian, English.
