To support our growing company, we are currently looking for a new colleague to enrich our dynamic International Customer & Sales Support Export Team.

Your Responsibilities
  • International Customer management
  • Full responsibility for the Order-to-Cash process (from order management to invoicing and complaint management)
  • Creation of customs documentation
  • Sales administrative related activities (e.g. marketability, reports)
  • Suggest and work on improvements to become best in class
  • Monitor and optimize operational performance KPIs
  • Regular interfaces with the sales team, logistics, marketing and finance department as well as production planning
Your Profile
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Passion for multicultural backgrounds and good understanding of processes
  • Autonomous, pro‑active, structured team player with high attention to details
  • Comfortable with MS Office and ideally SAP software knowledge
  • Fluent English‑knowledge (verbal and written formal communication), German and/or Italian is a plus
