Position Summary

The Customer Care Associate will handle inbound calls from existing customers, providing accurate information about our fleet management services. They will serve as a liaison between clients (B2B/B2C) and our fleet team, ensuring clear communication and quick, process-aligned solutions to any issues. This role focuses on both resolving concerns and building strong customer relationships through exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate from a top tier University in Italy or abroad in the fields of Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or phone-based customer service role is required. Additional experience in similar customer-facing environments is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate a number of tasks with a wide range of stakeholders within a startup environment.
  • Customer-first mindset and proven ability to commit to your work.
  • Can act independently, solve problems by yourself and enjoy going the extra mile to make sure our customers are served perfectly.
