Your role

We are looking for a CRM Campaign Manager who will play a key role in managing and executing customer relationship management initiatives for EssilorLuxottica’s most iconic brand. This role ensures that CRM campaigns are aligned with brand strategy, deliver personalized customer experiences, and drive engagement, loyalty, and sales across multiple channels.

Main responsibilities
CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of CRM campaigns (email, SMS, RCS, direct mail, etc.) for the brand.
  • Ensure campaigns are geo‑targeted and tailored to local market needs.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to deliver brand‑consistent messaging.
DATA & INSIGHTS
  • Work with analytics teams to track KPIs such as open rates, click‑through rates, conversions, and customer retention.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to optimize CRM strategies.
  • Support data capture initiatives in‑store and online to enrich the CRM database.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
  • Partner with retail teams to support store‑related communications (openings, events, services).
  • Assist in the rollout of clienteling tools that empower store associates to engage customers directly.
  • Ensure CRM activities enhance customer journeys and loyalty programs.
CROSS‑FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
  • Liaise with global and regional CRM teams to align strategy and best practices.
  • Coordinate with marketing, e‑commerce, and retail teams to integrate CRM into broader campaigns.
  • Support special projects focused on innovation and acceleration initiatives.
Main requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
  • 6‑8 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or consumer engagement roles.
  • Previous experience in team management or supervision (even small teams).
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, customer data, and campaign automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for fashion, retail, and consumer brands — ideally with eyewear or lifestyle experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and general understanding of other analytical tools.
